Manfrotto MVR901ECLA clamp-on LANC remote for Sony/Canon

The Manfrotto MVR901ECLA is an advanced cable controller for Sony and Canon camcorders that support the LANC protocol. When attached to a pan handle or rig tube with a diameter of 12–23 mm via its clamp, it provides access to REC/STOP, standby mode, and multi-speed zoom and focus control without having to let go of the handle. A separate potentiometer limits the maximum zoom speed, and LEDs indicate recording, zoom, and focus. The integrated coiled cable extends to 1.4 m when fully uncoiled; always check the included compatibility chart for your specific camera.

The Manfrotto MVR901ECLA transmits key commands from a compatible camcorder directly to a pan handle or rig. The quick-release clamp grips round tubes with a diameter of 12–23 mm and allows you to control the camera without changing your grip.

The rocker switch can be toggled between zoom and focus, and its responsiveness is complemented by a maximum speed setting. Dedicated buttons control REC/STOP and standby mode, while LEDs indicate the active function and recording status.
