Manfrotto Quick Release Adapter with Sliding Plate

Manfrotto 577 is a complete quick-release adapter supplied with a sliding 501PL camera plate, allowing a camera to move between compatible tripods, heads and other supports without repeatedly unscrewing the plate from the camera. Its two-stage quick-release mechanism with an integrated secondary safety lock speeds up support changes, while 20 mm of plate travel helps fine-tune balance. The aluminium assembly weighs 0.28 kg and includes both 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 camera screws. The receiver accepts the supplied 501PL plate and the longer 501PLONG plate, making it useful for DSLR, video-camera and changing professional support setups.
