The Manfrotto 300N is a precision panoramic rotation unit for capturing sequential images with a repeatable angular increment. It is suitable for landscape and architectural panoramas, virtual tours, and product shots on a rotating base; a locking dial with a safety cable and a separate lock help maintain the set position even with heavier or off-axis setups.
Panoramic precision at every step
The 300N unit rotates a full 360° and offers a choice of fixed increments based on the number of shots needed for a full circle. The scale on the base helps you check the position, and the “click-stop” screw stays attached to the unit thanks to a safety cable.

The stepping selector sets the repeatable angle between shots. A second locking screw prevents unintended rotation when handling heavy or off-axis equipment, as well as when the unit is in a non-horizontal position.
The top 3/8″ screw allows you to use a compatible fixed, sliding, or quick-release plate, or a standard ball head, three-way head, or gear head. The unit can also function as a rotating base for panoramic shots of objects.
