Manfrotto Camera Stud M10

Manfrotto 174 is a compact lighting stud for mounting a fixture’s stirrup or yoke to a Super Clamp. The lower 16 mm hexagonal male stud fits the corresponding clamp socket, while the upper M10 male screw and included wingnut provide the fixture attachment. Made from brass and steel in a brass/silver finish, it weighs 60 g and measures 50 mm high. This Italian-made adapter is a practical link between the two mounting interfaces; the Super Clamp and lighting fixture are not included.

Choose the matching mount

Choose a fixture whose stirrup attachment accepts this M10 screw and wingnut, together with a compatible Super Clamp receiver. Compatibility depends on the actual mounting interface, not on the brand name of the light alone.

Compact metal component

The brass-and-steel construction, 60 g weight and 50 mm height keep the connection compact in a studio or lighting setup. The supplied wingnut belongs to the adapter; a clamp and light remain separate components.
