The Manfrotto 262 is a tiny, precision-machined aluminum adapter that converts any Nikon Speedlight hotshoe into a standard 1/4″-20 female thread, allowing you to mount the flash directly onto Manfrotto brackets, Magic Arms, Super Clamps or any 1/4″-20 stud – perfect for off-camera flash setups where you want the flash locked securely without a cold shoe.

The Manfrotto 262 is the classic Nikon-specific version of Manfrotto’s flash-to-1/4″ adapter. One side slides perfectly into the foot of any current Nikon Speedlight, while the bottom has a 1/4″-20 female thread with a large knurled aluminum ring for hand-tightening. At only 10 g and fully metal, it’s the cleanest way to attach a Nikon flash to Manfrotto 233B, 244 series arms, Variable Friction arms or directly onto Super Clamp studs for macro, portrait, or studio work.
