Livestream Mevo Boost – Extended Battery and Ethernet Accessory for the Mevo Camera

The Mevo Boost dock extends the operating time of the Mevo live-streaming camera from one hour to ten and adds a wired Ethernet connection to the network.

Mevo Boost is an accessory for the Mevo camera that addresses the two issues that most often cause live streams to fail—battery life and network reliability. Inside is a 12,000 mAh battery, which allows the camera to stream for up to ten hours instead of just about one.

On the side, under a splash-proof cover, there’s an RJ-45 connector for a 10/100 Mbps wired network. In places where Wi-Fi is overloaded—in a hall, at a conference, or in a sports arena—this is the only way to get a stable stream from Mevo. The full-size USB-A port is used to charge the phone or tablet used to control the camera, while the micro-USB port charges the Boost itself.

The camera attaches to the Boost from the top, and the entire unit is then mounted on a tripod as a single piece.
