The Kinefinity MAVO Edge 8K redefines high-end cinematography with a 44.7 MP full-frame sensor (8192×5456 open-gate) inside an ultra-light 1.5 kg carbon-fiber body, recording oversampled 8K ProRes 4444 XQ internally at up to 75 fps (3:2) or 70 fps (16:9), 6K 100 fps, 4K 150 fps, and insane 2K 286 fps slow-motion directly to dual KineMAG Nano NVMe SSDs. Its 14+ stops of dynamic range, dual-native ISO 800/5120, and KineLOG3 gamma rival ARRI Alexa while costing a fraction. A built-in motorized e-ND system (ND 0.6–2.1, 0.3-stop steps) lives inside the 12 mm KineMOUNT, enabling seamless exposure control without changing aperture or shutter angle. Full professional I/O includes dual XLR 48V phantom, dual 3G-SDI, Genlock/TC, Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 5, and RS-232 trigger. Power options span V-mount, BP-U, DC, and hot-swap NP-F baseplate.
