The CL 2 feeds a line signal into a Sennheiser bodypack transmitter — useful when the wireless link carries sound from a desk, player or instrument rather than a microphone. It connects via XLR-3F and works with SK transmitters of the G2, G3, G4, EW-D and AVX series. Connecting a microphone requires modifying the cable.
