Three full-size 1250 mAh batteries work out at roughly 290 shots each — about 870 for the whole set. In video one battery lasts around 2 h 25 min, measured on Canon EOS M6 Mark II, 1920 × 1080/25P.

The triple-slot charger draws power over USB-C, so a power bank, a laptop or a car charger will do. With a 20 W PD adapter one battery is done in about 1.3 h, two in 2 h, all three in 3.7 h.

The state is obvious at a glance: a white LED means powered on, breathing red charging below 80 %, breathing blue charging above 80 % and steady green fully charged. The housing is made of fire-resistant material and watches temperature, over-voltage, over-discharge, over-current, over-charge and short circuit.

On Canon EOS M3, M5, M6, RP, R10, R8, R50, Rebel T6i the camera will not display the charge level — the battery otherwise works normally.
