K&F Concept Nano-X Square Black Mist Filter 1/8 100 × 100 mm

A 100 × 100 mm Nano-X Black Mist 1/8 square diffusion filter that softens bright highlights, takes the digital edge off the image and smooths wrinkles and pores in skin. The 1/8 strength is the gentlest — the effect is barely noticeable and suits portraits and everyday filming. The bare glass with 28 coating layers slides into 100 mm square filter holders.

Film-like softness straight in camera

Black Mist spreads light around bright areas: highlights get a gentle glow, blown reflections soften and shadow contrast drops slightly. Skin looks smoother without losing sharpness in eyes and hair. The 1/8 strength is the weakest of the range, so it can stay in the holder all day.

For 100 mm holders

The filter is bare 100 × 100 mm glass with no frame, so it slides into 100 mm square filter holders. Unlike a screw-in filter it can be swapped without removing the holder, and one glass serves lenses with different thread sizes.

Glass and coating

The glass carries 28 layers of nano coating with 0.15 % reflectance, which suppresses flare, repels water and grease and resists scratches.
