The DJI Mic Mini 2S offers reliable backup recording thanks to internal recording in 32-bit float format and internal storage with a capacity of up to 28 hours of recording. Internal Recording in 32-bit Float Format

Internal recording in 32-bit float format captures an exceptionally wide dynamic range, so you don’t have to constantly worry about the correct microphone settings. Even during demanding shoots, the recording can be edited in post-production without clipping or loss of quality. For greater flexibility, you can choose whether to save internal recordings in their original form or in an enhanced version processed by algorithms.

Internal storage with a capacity for 28 hours of recording

Thanks to 14.5 GB of internal memory, the transmitter offers up to 28 hours of internal recording, which reliably serves as a backup even if the wireless transmission is interrupted. Internal recording can be set to start automatically when the transmitter is turned on, or to be synchronized with the receiver. When the receiver is connected, recording starts automatically and stops when the receiver is turned off. If the receiver’s battery level drops to a low level, internal recording starts automatically.

Standalone Voice Recorder Function

The 2-in-1 transmitter facilitates wireless audio recording and also serves as a standalone voice recorder for interviews, lectures, or quick voice memos.

Fast File Transfer

Connect the charging case directly to a computer or smartphone and transfer recordings from the internal memory at speeds of up to 34 MB/s. Transferring 30 minutes of audio in 24-bit quality takes approximately eight seconds, which significantly speeds up post-production work.

Two-Stage AI Noise Reduction

The DJI Mic Mini 2S uses a new AI model developed by DJI for noise reduction, which can accurately identify and suppress ambient noise.

Strong: TheStrong noise reduction mode is ideal for noisy environments, where it effectively reduces ambient noise while preserving voice clarity.

Basic: Basic noise reduction mode is suitable for quiet indoor settings, where it effectively reduces fan noise, air conditioning noise, and room echo without affecting the natural clarity of the voice.

Windscreen for easier outdoor recording

With the windscreen attached, the transmitter significantly reduces wind noise and other distracting sounds, delivering clear and detailed audio even in windy weather or noisy environments. It’s ideal for livestreaming, vlogging, and other creative projects.

Adaptive Gain Control for Balanced Volume

This wireless microphone offers two modes. Clipping Control mode suppresses sudden volume spikes and helps maintain clear sound even in dynamic environments, such as racetracks. Loudness Balance mode automatically adjusts the gain level to maintain stable volume during interviews and livestreams.

Three preset sound modes for your unique style

The default Regular mode offers a clear, natural, and balanced sound. Rich mode emphasizes the bass, giving your voice a fuller and more impactful character. Bright mode emphasizes the highs, giving your voice greater clarity and expressiveness.

In addition to classic black and white, you can choose from eight colorful magnetic front covers to customize the transmitter to match your style perfectly.

Mini Wireless Microphone for Creative Projects

Weighing only about 12 g, the transmitter can be conveniently attached using a magnet or clip. Thanks to its compact design, it’s just as unobtrusive as a lavalier microphone but offers more advanced usage options. The removable clip can be rotated freely, so you can attach the transmitter sideways or upside down while always maintaining the correct orientation for clear audio recording.

DJI Mic Mini 2S transmitters can also be connected directly to the DJI Mic Series Mobile Receiver.

Easy Channel Customization

Mono, Stereo, and Quadraphonic modes are available, allowing you to tailor your audio recording to different situations. In the DJI Mimo app, you can also activate a safety track, which simultaneously creates a backup recording with the volume reduced by 6 dB, helping to protect the audio from clipping and distortion.

Four output channels, easy post-production editing

Thanks to the DJI Mic Series Camera Adapter, the receiver can be easily connected to Sony cameras. Quadraphonic mode supports separate output of four audio tracks, making it easier to process them individually and offering greater flexibility during post-production editing.

Direct connection via DJI OsmoAudio

Some Osmo devices (Osmo Pocket 4, Osmo 360, Osmo Nano, Osmo Action 6) can be directly connected to up to two DJI Mic Mini 2S transmitters to capture high-quality audio at 48 kHz / 24-bit resolution.

Easy Connection, Unlimited Creativity

Compatibility with Many Devices: The receiver features a 3.5mm TRS connector and is compatible with cameras, phones, tablets, and computers.

Direct smartphone connection via Bluetooth: The transmitter can be connected directly to a smartphone via Bluetooth and used as a microphone for recording or live streaming. You can easily configure the device and update the firmware using the DJI Mimo app.

Automatic Reconnection: The transmitter stores pairing information for two receivers and one compatible Osmo camera. After the initial pairing, the devices automatically reconnect, so you can switch between them freely without interrupting your work.

400-meter Transmission Range

When the DJI Mic Mini 2S transmitter is paired with a Mic Mini 2S receiver, the transmission range reaches up to 400 meters. When used with a mobile receiver, stable transmission is guaranteed at a distance of up to 300 meters.

Battery life of up to 40 hours

The transmitter lasts up to 11 hours on a single charge, and the receiver lasts up to 10 hours. A fully charged charging case provides approximately 3.2 full recharges, extending the total battery life to up to 40 hours. This battery life is ideal for long podcasts, interviews, and all-day filming.
