Desview Cage & Sunhood of OL7/OL7S

The Desview Cage & Sunhood is a metal cage with a folding sunhood for the Desview OL7 and OL7S 7-inch OLED monitors. The cage wraps around the monitor, protects its edges and adds mounting points for accessories around the frame. The fabric sunhood with side flaps shades the screen from sunlight and glare, keeping the image readable outdoors.

The set combines the two parts an on-camera monitor needs most often: a cage for protection and mounting, and a sunhood for a readable image in bright light.

Sunhood against sunlight and glare

The sunhood attaches to the cage and covers the screen from the top and both sides. The side flaps fold in, so the hood packs flat and takes up little space in a bag.

Cage with mounting points all around

The metal frame surrounds the whole monitor. Threaded holes on the sides and mounts on the top and bottom take a handle, an articulating arm or other accessories.

Batteries stay accessible

The cage leaves the back of the monitor open, so the NP-F battery slots can be used with the cage fitted. A quick-release plate on the bottom mounts the monitor.
