CAP-2 HDMI to USB 3.0 Capture Box is an HDMI-USB Capturing device, which supports up to 1080p50/60. Plug and play in the various operating system. It features a stereo line in external audio, which can be switched as HDMI embedded audio or external line-in audio. There are more flexible and powerful settings for capturing.
HDMI capture over USB 3.0
Datavideo CAP-2 converts an HDMI source to USB 3.0, where a computer recognises it as a UVC device. It makes it easy to capture or stream video up to 1080p50/60 in compatible software such as OBS, VLC, Skype, XSplit or Zoom. The unit needs no external power and offers plug-and-play operation for everyday use.
Capture audio to match your source
Audio can come from HDMI or the external 3.5 mm stereo input. CAP-2 captures two-channel PCM audio up to 24-bit and supports 44.1 and 48 kHz sample rates. Its USB 3.0 Micro-B connection suits recording and live streaming from cameras, players and other HDMI output devices.
