Cerevo LiveShell X

LiveShell X is an advanced model in Cerevo's line of award-winning devices for video streaming without PCs. This model supports live H.265/H.264 encoding at up to 1080p60, real-time recording to a MicroSD card, and multi-casting with up to 3 simultaneous streams!

Supporting H.265/H.264 live encoding at up to 1080/60p, real-time recording to a MicroSD and multi-casting with up to 3 simultaneous streams, LiveShell X is designed for professional quality broadcasting. The multi-streaming function enables you to stream to multiple services simultaneously while sending video to a backup server. You can also broadcast multiple streams to one streaming service at different bit rates!

LiveShell X can also record to a MicroSD card directly to make a backup copy of your broadcast or to record an event for later broadcasting. If you use LiveShell X only for recording purposes, 1080p60 Full HD video can be recorded. The device enables to create one stream of 1080p60 video or one recording in the same resolution. Alternatively, it is possible to create a simultaneous 1080p30 stream while recording in the same resolution, or two streams and one recording (1x 1080p30, 2x 720p30) or up to three streams with no recording (1x 1080p30, 2x 720p30).



LiveShell X supports multiple streaming platforms and as well as live streaming to a closed local network via local mode. LiveShell X can also function as your exclusive local streaming server in RTSP mode without the need to build a server! LiveShell X supports YouTube Live, Facebook Live Ustream, Twitch, Wowza, Akamai, and your own RTMP servers. LiveShell X supports H.265/AAC encoding, enabling the same quality video as H.264 at half the bit rate or using the same bit rate as H.264 with twice the video quality!



LiveShell X also features a high capacity battery so you can keep broadcasting for extended periods of time, a maximum of 6 hours continuous operating time when broadcasting one live stream (720p30) and one recording can be achieved, or a maximum of 3 hours when using two live streams and one recording or three live streams. Using LiveShell X's web-based control panel, Dashboard, anyone from beginners to professionals can control the video quality, audio level, bit rate and cue timing. Users can remotely control LiveShell X using Dashboard from any smartphone, tablet or PC with an internet connection.

Users can also add subtitles, logos and graphics to their live streaming, including transparent PNG support. And using an application such as VLC Player, it is possible to view your live streaming or recorded video on your PC or tablet, allowing you to monitor your video in almost real-time without using a HDMI display or video distribution device. LiveShell X can also be combined with LiveWedge, Cerevo's streaming, video mixing and switching applicarion.
