The Blackmagic URSA Mini Recorder lets the Blackmagic URSA Mini Pro 12K camera record 12-bit Blackmagic RAW files to powerful 2.5" SSD drives, including the latest U.2 NVMe media. Transfer speeds reach up to 900 MB/s, so it handles recording of 12-bit Blackmagic RAW files at full 12K, 8K and 4K resolution. The recorder mounts on the rear between the camera and the battery, connects over USB-C and also suits the URSA Broadcast G2.
Longer recording without swapping cards: a high-capacity SSD drive right on the back of the camera.

Everything is set directly in the camera, so you do not need to operate the recorder separately. The SSD drives can also be connected to a computer through the Blackmagic MultiDock so you can edit or colour grade straight from them.
The recorder writes to one 2.5" SSD drive, including the latest U.2 NVMe media. Transfer speeds reach up to 900 MB/s, which is enough for recording 12-bit Blackmagic RAW at full 12K, 8K and 4K resolution.

The recorder mounts on the rear panel between the camera and the battery. Power is carried by a 12-pin Molex connector with a pass-through to the battery plate, while data and control are handled by the USB-C connection.
The recorder supports Blackmagic RAW Constant Bitrate 5:1, 8:1, 12:1 and 18:1 as well as Constant Quality Q0, Q1, Q3 and Q5.
