Embed dedicated studio audio directly into an SDI signal without a large rack system. The converter accepts 4 analog channels or 8 AES/EBU channels and outputs them as embedded audio in an SD/HD/3G-SDI signal.

Mini Converters use robust connectors, low jitter and SDI re-clocking, so they fit into studio cabling without complex integration. Settings are changed with mini switches or via USB software.
Balanced analog and AES/EBU inputs let you connect mixers, analog decks or other audio equipment and add their signal into the SDI path.

Mini Converter Audio to SDI embeds up to four channels of balanced analogue audio or eight channels of digital AES/EBU audio into an SDI signal. Mixers, analogue recorders and other independent audio sources can therefore feed directly into an SDI route.
The Mini Converter family was designed for professional broadcast, post-production and AV installations. Its compact metal enclosure, high-quality connectors and standard cabling make it easy to deploy in studios, control rooms and mobile systems.
Operation is deliberately straightforward: core functions are selected with miniature switches and the switch diagram is printed on the unit itself. USB supports configuration and firmware updates, allowing the converter to remain useful as the surrounding system evolves.
The electronics automatically handle supported SD and HD formats, while SDI models maintain a stable signal throughout the chain. This provides a practical bridge between legacy and current equipment without unnecessarily complex infrastructure.
