Blackmagic Cloud Store Mini 8TB is a compact network storage unit for the desk or a rack. Four internal M.2 NVMe cards in a parallel RAID 0 array and a fast 10G Ethernet port give several users simultaneous access to large files, the HDMI output shows the storage status and synchronization with Blackmagic Cloud connects remote teams working on DaVinci Resolve post-production.
A space-saving chassis for the desk or a rack: four M.2 NVMe cards in RAID 0 and a 10G Ethernet port, with no spinning disks and quiet cooling.

No monthly fees, no data tracking and no web login: settings are made with a free utility for Mac and Windows, and the storage stays under your control, even on a network completely disconnected from the internet.
The four M.2 cards work in parallel, so the 10G network can use the full performance of the storage. RAID 0 holds no redundant data, so it is important to back your data up.
The compact metal chassis suits a work desk as well as a rack, and the active cooling is designed for quiet operation.
Cloud Store Mini shares large files in studios doing editing, color correction, audio and effects work. Minimal access time and fast reading and writing help when working with Blackmagic RAW files, including 12K, for example in DaVinci Resolve.

A 1G Ethernet port, a USB-C port on the front panel and a USB-C port with Ethernet over USB on the rear panel complement the 10G Ethernet port, so a laptop without a network socket connects directly. The storage shares files over SMB and NFS with up to 50 computers and synchronizes with Blackmagic Cloud and Amazon Web Services S3.

The HDMI monitor output shows the device name, storage capacity and use, Cloud Sync status, user activity, hardware status, a storage map and network data rate graphs.
The diagram shows the USB-C port on the front panel and, on the rear panel, the AC and DC power inputs, the 10G and 1G Ethernet ports, Ethernet via USB-C and the HDMI monitor output.
