The AG06MK2 is a mixing console and sound card in one. It is designed for live streaming, podcasting, and recording—the signal is mixed in the console and sent to the computer ready for use.
The six inputs are divided into two mono and two stereo inputs. Channels 1 and 2 have combo jacks that accept both microphones and line-level signals; 48 V phantom power is available for condenser microphones. This means you can connect two condenser microphones and two stereo line-level sources.
The LOOPBACK function is essential for streaming: it mixes audio from a computer—music, background tracks, or a guest on a video call—with the live inputs and sends it all as a single signal to the broadcast. A three-position switch selects between dry channels 1–2, the input mix, and loopback.
The console features built-in DSP effects: reverb, fade, and a one-touch compressor with an equalizer. The second channel also includes a guitar amp simulation.
Compared to the first generation , a 3.5 mm four-pole (TRRS) connector has been added for connecting a smartphone—with two-way audio, so a guest can be brought on the broadcast via their cell phone.
