Vaxis VFX Pure Mist 1/8 Filter 4x5.65"

Vaxis VFX Pure Mist 1/8 is a 4 × 5.65″ diffusion filter for matte boxes. It creates a striking halo around real light sources, softens skin and takes the hard edge off the image without blurring it. The effect happens in the glass.

Pure Mist diffuses the light passing through and removes digital harshness without blurring the image. It is strongest around real, visible light sources, which bloom into a gentle halo, while skin softens and the shot takes on the atmosphere of vintage lenses. A light grade – the glow around lights is visible but understated.
