The Vaxis Atom A5 5.5" Wireless RX/TX HDMI Monitor is a compact, multifunctional device that wirelessly transmits or receives 1080p60 video up to 492' line-of-sight within the ATOM ecosystem, with latency under 80 ms and timecode sync for camera-triggered recording. Its 5.5" 1920x1080 touchscreen (1000 nits, 1200:1 contrast) delivers daylight-visible clarity, supported by CINE OS with 50 onboard 3D LUTs, waveform, vectorscope, histogram, peaking, and pixel zoom. HDMI input and loop output enable direct source connection and daisy-chaining, while a 3.5mm headphone jack monitors 2-channel 48 kHz audio. MP4 proxy recording to microSD (32GB card included) allows instant playback, and dual L-series battery plates ensure extended runtime. Two replaceable antennas, Wi-Fi, and 1/4"-20 mounting threads complete this versatile solution for directors, focus pullers, or client monitoring.
