The dial on the front switches between an instant shutter and a 3, 5 or 10-second countdown announced by sound. Stand the phone on a tripod and hold the remote in your hand, so you do not need a second person outdoors. The volume cannot be adjusted.

In burst mode the shutter fires frames at a precise, steady rhythm, so it captures the fraction of a second when something happens: a step, a jump, a gesture. Useful wherever a single frame is not enough.
