The flash needs a hot shoe with electrical contacts. Canon has removed the universal pin on the 1500D, 3000D and 200D Mark II, so they are not compatible.

The SL03 Spark Lite is a lightweight flash for creators who need a compact flash to fit in their bag, for travel, or for quick product and portrait shots. Thanks to its built-in 300 mAh battery and USB-C charging, there is no need to worry about disposable batteries, and the flash can easily be recharged using a power bank. Manual power control from 1/1 to 1/8 lets you adjust the light intensity to a specific scene. At full power the flash is ready to fire again in approximately 2.5 seconds; at lower power settings it recharges even faster. The 6500 K color temperature provides neutral light similar to daylight. The tilting head, adjustable up to 90°, makes it easy to bounce light off the ceiling or a wall. In addition to flash mode, the light can also be used as an auxiliary continuous light for fill or focus.
