Ulanzi MT40 Mini Fill Light Selfie Stick, Magnetic, Black

The Ulanzi MT40 is a pocket-sized magnetic selfie stick with an LED fill light of its own. The phone is held by a magnetic pad, an adapter ring is supplied for handsets without magnets, and a mirror on the back of the pad lets you frame selfies shot with the main camera. The round light rises above the phone, rotates 90° and offers three colour temperatures — 2500 K, 5700 K and 8500 K — with stepless dial dimming. A detachable Bluetooth shutter with a 10 m range sits in the handle. Folded, the body measures 182 mm.

A magnet holds the phone, the ring is in the box

Offer the back of the phone up to the magnetic pad and it stays put — no jaws, no tightening. Handsets without magnets in their back are fitted with the adapter ring Ulanzi supplies in the box. A mirror on the far side of the pad lets you shoot with the main camera and still see yourself.

A fill light with three colour temperatures

The round head carries 32 LED beads, and a short press of the button cycles through 2500 K (warm), 5700 K (neutral) and 8500 K (cool). Brightness is set on a dial, steplessly across 10–100 %. Centre illuminance is 200 lux at half a metre, measured at 8500 K.

A 600 mAh battery and USB-C charging

The light runs on a built-in 600 mAh cell (3.7 V) drawing roughly 2 W. At maximum brightness it lasts about 75 minutes. It charges over USB-C, which handles fast charging and lets you keep the light on while it charges. A three-segment indicator reports the battery level; the beads flash three times before shutdown.

A detachable Bluetooth shutter in the handle

A separate Bluetooth shutter is tucked into the handle. Pull it out, switch it on with the toggle and pair it on your phone as ULANZI. A short press takes a photo or starts a video from up to 10 m away. It runs on a button cell and its low-power design keeps it going for over two years.

Hinges on the light and the pole, four-leg base

The light head extends above the phone and rotates 90°, so it points exactly where you need it. The telescoping pole has a hinge of its own and tilts to the side. A four-leg tripod base folds out of the foot of the handle and stands the MT40 on a table.

A 182 mm folded body and hard-wearing materials

Folded, the MT40 measures 182 × 61 × 37 mm, so it fits a jacket pocket or the side sleeve of a backpack. The body is made of PA+GF (glass-fibre reinforced nylon), TPR, PC and aluminium alloy. The operating range is 0 to 40 °C.
