Ulanzi MT18 Auto-Open Tripod for Action Cameras

The Ulanzi MT18 desktop tripod opens onto four legs by itself when you press the button on the bottom, so you set it up with one hand. The five-section column also makes it a selfie stick (tripod 15.9–45 cm, stick 14.9–44 cm), it holds up to 1 kg and folds to just 16 cm. The head carries a 3-prong mount for GoPro, DJI Osmo Action and Insta360 Ace, swappable for a 1/4″ screw.

Opens with one press

Press the release on the bottom and the four legs spread by themselves – the tripod is ready in a second. You do it all with one hand, without unfolding each leg.

3-prong mount for action cameras

The standard 3-prong mount holds GoPro HERO, DJI Osmo Action or Insta360 Ace cameras firmly without play, even on the move. It can be swapped for a 1/4″ screw for an Osmo Pocket, a compact camera or a phone holder.

Five-section column

The telescopic column has five sections. In tripod mode the height is 15.9–45 cm, as a selfie stick it measures 14.9–44 cm. You quickly find the right height for the desk, vlogs and group selfies.

Four legs for stability

The four-leg design spreads the weight more evenly than a classic mini tripod. The recommended load is up to 1 kg, and there is a hole for a safety lanyard (sold separately).

Compact for your pocket

Folded, the tripod measures just 16 cm and weighs about 142 g. The damped centre column rotates so the tripod fits your bag more easily.
