A large sensor for low light

The 1/1.2" 8MP sensor (3840 × 2160, 16:9) gathers more light than typical cameras, so the image stays legible at dusk. The camera records at 30 FPS and offers HDR, 2D and 3D noise reduction, and adjustable colour, brightness, contrast, white balance and exposure.

2.36x optical zoom

The motorised 5.9–13.8 mm f/1.5–2.9 lens brings distant subjects closer without quality loss. At the wide end it covers 113.8° horizontally, at the tele end 45.5°, so a single camera can watch a whole yard as well as a distant gate or driveway.

Faces and licence plates

The Multi-TOPS AI engine recognises faces and vehicle licence plates on the camera itself and tells people, vehicles and animals apart. In UniFi Protect you set alerts accordingly and quickly find a specific event in the recordings.

40 m night vision, 60 m with the Enhancer

Adaptive IR illumination with an automatic IR-cut filter switches the camera to night mode on its own, without user intervention, and reaches 40 m. With the Pro Bullet Enhancer the range extends to 60 m and the camera also gains a 600 lm LED floodlight, radar detection and a speaker.

Outdoors in any weather

The polycarbonate and aluminium alloy enclosure is IP66 weatherproof and IK04 tamper resistant. The camera operates from −20 to 50 °C and at up to 90% non-condensing humidity, so it can go on a façade, a pole or under a canopy.

Wall, ceiling or pole mounting

The three-axis adjustable mount is included, together with parts for mounting on a 38–50 mm pole. A junction box or angled base can be used optionally. Without the mount the camera measures ⌀85.8 × 106.2 mm; with the wall mount it is 210 mm long.

One PoE+ cable, audio and microSD

The camera is powered over PoE+ (37–57 V DC, 15 W max.) through a Gigabit RJ45 port, so a single Ethernet cable to the switch is all it needs. The rear holds a microSD card slot, a reset button and an accessory port; microphones and a speaker provide two-way audio.
