Tilta Quick Release Baseplate for Sony FX9

The baseplate is the part the whole rig with the Tilta camera cage for the Sony PXW-FX9 rests on — and the first to wear from daily mounting and dismounting. This one serves as a replacement, or as a second unit you leave on the tripod for good. It follows the Sony VCT-U14 standard and carries accessories on 15mm rods as well as extra handles on ARRI rosettes.

This quick release baseplate is a replacement part from the original Tilta camera cage for the Sony PXW-FX9.

The plate is compatible with the Sony VCT-U14 and accessories attach to 15mm rods at the front or the back. A built-in shoulder pad makes switching to shoulder work quick, and ARRI rosettes on the left and right take accessory handles including Sony’s own FX9 operating handle.
