Tilta 4-Pin Male to 4-Pin Female Power Cable (15cm)

The Tilta TCB-4LE-4LE-15 is a short power cable with a 4-pin plug at one end and a 4-pin socket at the other, 15 cm long. It links the Tilta battery plate to the cage's top plate so the cage ports get power from the battery — that is how it is wired in the Tilta cage for the Sony VENICE 2, where it is part of the kit. On its own it is bought as a replacement or a spare.

The Tilta TCB-4LE-4LE-15 is the link between the battery plate and the cage's top plate. A plug on one side and a socket on the other mean it goes between two fixed connectors without anything being re-plugged — and 15 cm is exactly the distance between the rear plate and the top of the cage.

4-pin plug and socket, 15 cm

One end carries a 4-pin plug, the other a 4-pin socket, both with push-pull locking, so the cable will not pull out of the cage even when tugged. The plug goes into the output of the Tilta battery plate, the socket takes the connector of the cage's top plate. The cable does not change the voltage, it only carries it — source and cage plate must be built for each other, as in the cage for the Sony VENICE 2 the cable is meant for.

In the cage for the Sony VENICE 2

In the Tilta cage for the Sony VENICE 2 it links the battery plate (V-Mount or Gold Mount) to the cage's top plate: power and communication run through it to the cage ports that power and trigger accessories. The cable is part of the kit of both the cage and the battery plate; on its own it is bought as a replacement or a second cable for the bag. The straight black cable runs along the edge of the cage.

The Tilta TCB cable range links camera, battery and accessories on the rig: power from a V-Mount or Gold Mount plate over P-Tap, 2-pin Lemo, 3-pin Fischer or a DC barrel connector, USB-C PD for monitors and handles, 7-pin control cables for the Nucleus system and HDMI or BNC for the picture. Lengths follow the rig — short on the cage, longer out to arms and batteries; this cable is one of them.
