The BC-SAD1 charger supplied with both the α7R VI and the FX5 charges two NP-SA100 batteries in about 115 minutes and a single battery to 80% in about 55 minutes.

In the FX5, the battery can be charged directly via USB-C with USB Power Delivery, without removing it from the camera.
