With its 28mm focal length and fast f/2 aperture, it offers a natural wide perspective that is ideal for street photography, landscapes, travel, and everyday shooting, while also performing well in low-light conditions.

Its advanced optical design includes nine elements in eight groups, featuring three aspherical elements (including one Advanced Aspherical lens) and two ED (Extra-low Dispersion) glass elements. This combination ensures high resolution and contrast across the entire frame while minimizing distortion and chromatic aberrations. A nine-blade circular aperture produces smooth and pleasing background bokeh.

The lens is designed for portability, featuring a compact aluminum body weighing only around 200g. Its dust- and moisture-resistant construction makes it suitable for outdoor use, while the internal focusing system ensures fast, quiet, and stable autofocus performance—beneficial for both photography and video recording.

The lens also supports optional ultra-wide and fisheye converters, expanding creative possibilities up to 21mm ultra-wide and 16mm fisheye with full 180° coverage.
