SmallRig quick-release top handle for a NATO rail: a thumbscrew puts it on and takes it off, and it slides sideways and fore-aft until the rig balances. Two shoes, two 15 mm rod holes and an ARRI pin pattern.

The handle mounts on a safety rail and locks with a wingnut screw, so it goes on and comes off quickly. The side 15 mm hole takes a 15 mm rod for a follow focus and the like; the 15 mm rod clamp carries an EVF mount or a microphone shock mount. On top is a cold shoe for a light or a microphone, with another cold shoe at the end of the handle. The 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads serve further accessories. The deeply grooved surface gives a comfortable grip. The handle suits low-angle shooting and carrying the camera.
