SmallRig L-Shaped Mount Plate with AirTag Slot for Canon EOS R6 Mark III / R6 Mark II / R5 Mark II 5962 is designed to facilitate quick transitions between horizontal and vertical shooting while providing camera tracking functionality.

This mount plate attaches to the camera using one bottom 1/4"-20 screw and two anti-twist locating pins, ensuring a stable and secure mounting. Built-in silicone pads protect the camera from scratches.

When extended for vertical shooting, the included cold shoe locating block reinforces the side plate to prevent flex and maintain optical alignment. This locating block accommodates cold shoe accessories such as microphones (ID 3487), LED video lights (ID 3286B), wireless transmitters, flashes, and more—making it ideal for lightweight photo or video setups.

The side plate extends to 22.5mm (0.9in) for improved cable management in vertical orientation. A thoughtfully designed cutout allows the rear screen to tilt up to approximately 95°.

The mount plate maintains full access to all camera controls, including the battery compartment, card slots, and ports—even with angled cables attached. It features multiple mounting points, including 1/4"-20 threaded holes, a QD socket, a cold shoe mount, and strap slots, enabling the attachment of accessories such as QD shoulder straps (ID 4118), microphones (ID 3468), and tripods (ID 3989, 4353) for versatile shooting configurations.

Additionally, the bottom plate integrates an Arca-Swiss quick release plate compatible with Arca-Type tripods (ID 4353, 4060) and DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro / RS 4 / RS 4 Pro / RS 4 Mini gimbals. A magnetic wrench is conveniently stored in the base for quick assembly and adjustment.
