Built for independent filmmakers and professionals alike, it features a 5-inch Full HD touchscreen display with 1000 nits of brightness, delivering sharp, vibrant visuals even in challenging lighting conditions.

Powered by SmallHD’s PageOS 5, the Indie 5 provides an intuitive, customizable interface with fast access to advanced monitoring tools such as focus assist, false color, LUT support, and more. Its responsive touchscreen ensures smooth navigation and efficient operation on set.

This kit includes a RED® RCP2™ software license and control cables, enabling real-time control of compatible RED cameras, including KOMODO®, KOMODO-X, DSMC3™, and V-RAPTOR™. With direct access to key camera settings, users can transform the monitor into a central command hub, improving efficiency and reducing the need for direct camera interaction.

Designed with versatility in mind, the Indie 5 includes multiple mounting points and supports a wide range of input/output options including SDI and HDMI. Its compact form factor and powerful feature set make it ideal for handheld rigs, gimbals, and lightweight production setups.

Once a camera control license is registered to the monitor, it cannot be removed or transferred to another device.
