SHAPE 577CNCQR Quick Release Adapter (Manfrotto 501PL type)

The SHAPE 577CNCQR quick-release adapter allows you to remove the camera from a rig or tripod without using screws. The plate is compatible with Manfrotto 501PL-type heads and accessories and features 0.8" of adjustment for balancing the setup.

The 577CNCQR quick-release adapter allows you to remove the camera from a rig, tripod, or shoulder mount in a single motion—without having to find a screwdriver or unscrew anything. It consists of a base with a lock and a plate that remains screwed onto the camera.

The plate is compatible with the Manfrotto 501PL system, so it also fits into tripod heads and other accessories that use this plate shape. Inside the base, there is 0.8" of travel, which allows the assembly to be moved forward or backward.

The plate features both 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting threads, as well as a pin to prevent the camera from rotating. The lock has two stages: the first stage holds the camera in place, and the second stage secures it, preventing the camera from slipping out accidentally.
