Designed with wideband FM stereo modulation and operating in the A1 frequency band (470–516 MHz), the SR IEM G4 delivers clear, reliable audio transmission with up to 42 MHz switching bandwidth and 1680 selectable frequencies tunable in 25 kHz steps. The system supports up to 16 compatible channels simultaneously, making it ideal for complex stage monitoring setups.

Built into a durable half-rack full-metal housing, the transmitter features an intuitive backlit OLED display that provides real-time information including frequency, RF status, AF levels, EQ settings, and lock status. Wireless synchronization between transmitter and compatible receivers is quick and seamless via integrated infrared technology. The unit also supports remote monitoring and frequency management through Sennheiser Wireless Systems Manager (WSM) software using the built-in Ethernet port.

For flexible connectivity, the SR IEM G4 includes two electronically balanced XLR/TRS combo inputs, balanced loop outputs, a headphone monitoring output with volume control, and a BNC antenna connector. With selectable RF output power levels of 10 mW, 30 mW, and up to 50 mW (depending on regional regulations), the transmitter can achieve transmission ranges up to 100 meters (300 feet). The included GA 3 rackmount kit, antenna, and power supply provide everything needed for professional rack installation and operation.
