The microphone capsule with 1" diameter diaphragm is derived from the capsule used in the successful evolution e 965 vocal microphone. The entire microphone is manufactured in Germany in the same "clean room" as other high-end Sennheiser condenser capsules
It is produced in silver with a black grille.
