The new HD 599 model combines timeless, understated style with the latest cutting-edge technology. The open design of the headphones enhances the natural perception of exceptionally high-quality sound reproduction. This top-of-the-line model features the Sennheiser SYS 38 audiophile driver. The combination of powerful neodymium magnets and a diaphragm made of patented Duofol material, as well as the specially designed shape of the headphone housing, ensures that you can enjoy high-quality recorded music to the fullest. The precisely selected geometry of the diaphragm minimizes harmonic distortion during reproduction, and the fleece (highly durable and pressed under high pressure) reduces harmonic distortion to below 0.1%. The frequency range extends from 12 to 38,500 Hz. These new headphones use a material capable of suppressing vibrations, and the distortion level is measured below the perceptible limit. This ensures faithful and lively reproduction, including the transmission of all musical details. The patented "Ergonomic Acoustic Refinement" (E.A.R.) technology directs sound into the ear canal with maximum naturalness and creates an exceptionally vivid perception of music. The gold-plated 6.3 mm jack connector is installed on a new, detachable cable with a new bayonet-style attachment that is extremely easy to handle.
