Sennheiser CA 2

The Sennheiser CA 2 is a camera adapter that mounts an evolution EK bodypack receiver (G2, G3 and G4) onto a camera. The receiver slides into the adapter's guide rail instead of hanging off a belt or being taped to a cage, and the adapter screws down through its 1/4" thread to a tripod plate, a cheese plate or a cold shoe. Perforations across the plate let you pick a position where the receiver does not block the screen or the rest of the rig. All-metal construction means the joint survives someone catching the cable.

Receiver on the camera, not on a belt

The EK bodypack receiver is built for a belt. The CA 2 turns it into part of the camera: it slides into the guide rail and the whole thing screws down through a 1/4" thread wherever there is room — tripod plate, cheese plate or cold shoe.

Perforated, so the receiver stays out of the way

Holes across the plate let you shift the receiver so it does not shadow the screen, block a door or collide with a monitor or light already on the rig. The metal body holds when someone catches the cable.
