Attaching securely to any standard 1/4"-20 tripod socket, it offers an unobtrusive mounting solution for Peak Design Anchors and most standard camera or wrist straps with strap ends up to 11mm wide.

Machined from premium anodized aluminum, the Anchor Mount delivers exceptional strength while maintaining a lightweight design that won't add unnecessary bulk to your camera. Peak Design recommends pairing one strap attachment at the camera's side lug and the other at the Anchor Mount on the base, allowing the camera to hang lens-down for improved comfort, balance, and stability—particularly when using larger lenses.

The Anchor Mount is designed exclusively as a strap attachment point and is not compatible with tripods or the Peak Design Capture system. For photographers who frequently switch between carrying and tripod use, Peak Design recommends using the Standard Plate instead.
