At its core, the KH 150 features a 6.5-inch woofer in a front-ported bass reflex enclosure paired with a precision 1-inch tweeter. This configuration delivers a frequency response of 39 Hz to 20.4 kHz (±3 dB), providing extended low-end performance without sacrificing midrange clarity or high-frequency detail. It is particularly well suited for bass-heavy genres such as EDM, hip-hop, and film scoring, while also performing exceptionally well across rock, classical, broadcast, and voice-over applications.

Advanced DSP processing ensures linear phase response (105 Hz – 16 kHz, ±45°) with ultra-low latency and precise system optimization. Full compatibility with Neumann’s MA 1 Automatic Monitor Alignment system enables automatic room calibration, allowing the monitor to adapt accurately to different acoustic environments for optimal translation.

With powerful bi-amplification (145 W for the woofer and 100 W for the tweeter), the KH 150 achieves a maximum SPL of 118.7 dB while maintaining low distortion and excellent transient response. Extremely tight production tolerances of ±0.8 dB ensure razor-sharp stereo imaging and consistent performance across units.
