MOVMAX Blade Arm Hoop Connector

The Hoop Connector is an aluminium clamp that links the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 to the Movmax Blade Arm. It wraps the camera base, lowers the centre of gravity and stops the wobble that shows up as jelly effect in shots from a moving car.

The Hoop Connector is made for the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 and the Movmax Blade Arm for shooting from a car. It wraps tightly around the camera base, locks with a lever and, thanks to the lower centre of gravity, keeps the Pocket 3 from wobbling or shaking on the arm.

Wraps the camera base

The clamp hugs the lower part of the Pocket 3 and locks with a lever. The camera sits firmly, with a lower centre of gravity than when held by the base alone.

Ready for the Blade Arm

The connector under the clamp mounts straight onto the Movmax Blade Arm, so the Pocket 3 can shoot from the bonnet, doors or rear of the car.

No jelly effect

A loose joint between camera and mount sets the Pocket 3 body vibrating and the image ripples. The Hoop Connector firms up the joint and lowers the centre of gravity, so road vibration cannot rock the camera.

A light yet rigid grey clamp that adds almost no weight to the rig.
