As part of the Smart Adapter™ series, this adapter provides true electronic integration of the aperture diaphragm. Photographers and videographers can control aperture directly from the camera body in Program (P), Shutter Priority (S), Aperture Priority (A), or Manual (M) modes. In addition, EXIF metadata such as lens identification, focal length, and aperture is transmitted to the camera, enabling a fully integrated workflow.

For additional versatility, the adapter includes a detachable Arca-type tripod foot compatible with Arca-Swiss, Markins, and Photo Clam ball heads, or attachable via a 1/4"-20 screw.
