Libec CABLE500

The CABLE500 is a 5m long cable that transmits the motor head control commands (rotation, tilt, LANC, image signal) from the remote control directly to the REMO30 motor head. Cables can be connected up to a total length of 30 m; beyond that, noise may appear on the monitor. The cable has 8-pin male and female connectors and weighs 350 g.

The Libec CABLE500 is a 5 m control cable for the REMO30 remote head. One cable carries the pan and tilt commands, the LANC camera control and the video signal for the monitor at the controller.

All over one cable

Controller at hand

You operate head movement, zoom and recording from the controller while the camera sits on a jib or tripod far away.

Connecting to the head

The cable plugs into the CONTROL CABLE socket on the REMO30 head, next to the LANC output and video input.

Extend up to 30 m

Control cables can be connected to extend up to 30 m in length. Beyond 30 m, noticeable noise may appear on the monitor.

One cable covers the usual distance between jib and operator.
