Libec ALX SR12 Slider Rail (1.2m)

The Libec ALX SR12 is a separate 1200 mm rail for ALX S series sliders. Use it as a spare part for the ALX S12 or to extend a shorter S4 or S8 slider. The rail is swapped by releasing the leg lock knob, and the legs and eight-bearing platform move over from your slider. It comes without legs, platform or tripod mount. Platform travel on it is 1108 mm.

Tool-free swap

The rail of an ALX S slider is released with the leg lock knob and is easy to replace. Move the legs and platform to the new rail.

Bearings on the rail

The ALX S platform sandwiches the rail with eight ball bearings from the top and at an angle from below. It runs just as smoothly on the SR12.

Longer travel

With the 1200 mm rail, a shorter ALX S slider gains the length of the S12 version and longer moves on shot.

The rail comes without legs, platform or tripod mount. Use those from the ALX S slider you already own.
