A set of two protective glasses for the Insta360 X3 camera. They stick directly to the camera lens to protect it from dust and scratches.

Achieve the best results

1. Please make sure the camera lens is clean and dry before use. Always apply the lens protector in a clean and dry environment. Check carefully for dust or other particles, this could have a negative effect on the final images.

2. Before installation, make sure the thin protective cover is installed on the side with the camera screen and the thick protective cover is used on the opposite side.

3. If you remove the protective glass, apply new double-sided adhesive before reinstalling it.

4. The protective glasses are splashproof only, they are not designed for underwater photography. If you plan to use the X3 underwater, remove the protective glasses and use the X3 underwater housing.

5. Use the included crowbar to remove the protective glasses. Be careful not to scratch the camera lens.

6. To replace the double-sided adhesive, make sure that the inside of the protective glasses is clean and free of dirt. Repeat the installation process, making sure that the glass is properly aligned with the edge of the lens.

How to glue the protective glass?

1. To use the protective glasses correctly, it is important to distinguish between the front and back of the Insta360 X3. The weaker glass should be placed on the side with the preview display and the thicker glass on the opposite side.

2. Carefully attach the protective glass (with double-sided adhesive) to the lens of the X3. Make sure it is properly aligned with the edge of the lens. Gently press on it for at least 15 seconds to ensure that the glass adheres sufficiently. Doing otherwise may adversely affect the splash protection and the quality of the resulting images. Repeat the same procedure on the other side.
