The Fujifilm XF 80mm f/2.8 R LM OIS WR Macro is a premium mid-telephoto macro lens designed for X-mount APS-C cameras, providing a 122mm equivalent focal length. It combines Fujifilm’s advanced optical design with robust weather sealing, making it ideal for professional macro, portrait, and product photography. The lens achieves life-size 1:1 magnification with a minimum focusing distance of just 25 cm, enabling capture of extraordinary detail in close-up subjects.

The optical construction consists of 16 elements in 12 groups, including one aspherical element, one Super ED, and three ED elements, which minimize chromatic aberrations, spherical aberrations, and distortion for high-resolution images. Its Floating Focus system ensures precision at all focusing distances while keeping the lens barrel length constant, preventing accidental contact with subjects.

A linear motor autofocus system ensures fast, quiet, and accurate focusing, while the 5-stop optical image stabilization (OIS) reduces camera shake for handheld macro and telephoto shots.
