Exascend Archon CFast 2.0 512 GB Memory Card

A 512 GB CFast 2.0 memory card from the Archon professional series. With write speeds of up to 500 MB/s and a guaranteed minimum of 450 MB/s, it’s ideal for cameras that shoot uncompressed 4K and 6K video.

The Archon CFast 2.0 card is Exascend’s top-of-the-line series of memory cards for film production. It achieves write speeds of 500 MB/s and read speeds of 560 MB/s, and—more importantly for filming— a guaranteed minimum write speed of 450 MB/s. This means the camera won’t stop recording in the middle of a shot because the card has slowed down.

The 512 GB capacity is ideal for long shooting days in both 4K and 6K. The card is built for off-set use: it withstands shocks and vibrations, magnetic fields, and airport X-rays, and features protection against power surges and electrostatic discharge.

The SATA III 6 Gb/s interface complies with the CFast 2.0 standard, so the card works with RED KOMODO cameras, Blackmagic Design cameras, Z CAM cameras, and Canon C200 and C300 series cameras. The manufacturer does not specify compatibility with ARRI cameras.
