The DJI RoboMaster S1 is an advanced educational robot inspired by DJI’s RoboMaster robotics competition. With 46 programmable components, 6 AI modules, omnidirectional Mecanum wheels, and a 2-axis gimbal, the S1 offers a highly interactive platform for learning programming, physics, math, and artificial intelligence. Its modular design allows students to build the robot from scratch, gaining practical mechanical and engineering experience while exploring creative applications.

Equipped with intelligent sensing armor, the S1 can detect hits from gel beads or infrared beams in real time, enabling competitive gameplay and interactive learning. The S1 Blaster features LED trajectory indicators, sound effects, and recoil simulation while remaining safe with non-toxic gel bead projectiles. Its high-performance M3508I motors with FOC ESCs and linear Hall-effect sensors ensure precise movement and stability, while the omnidirectional Mecanum wheels and front suspension allow versatile maneuvering.

Programming on the S1 is flexible, supporting Scratch 3.0 for beginners and Python 3.6 for advanced learners. Students can program the robot to recognize lines, gestures, claps, people, and other S1 robots, providing an engaging introduction to AI technologies. The RoboMaster S1 also supports multi-platform control via iOS, Android, and Windows through the dedicated RoboMaster app, enabling interactive competitions, automated driving, and custom skill development.
