Over the 24-month coverage period, the plan provides up to four replacement units at a small additional fee, covering incidents such as collisions, drops, or water exposure.
Replacement units are either new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability. The service also supports International Warranty Service at any authorized DJI service center worldwide, provided proof of purchase and product eligibility are confirmed. Standards for diagnostics and replacement fees are determined by local repair centers.
When purchased separately for a previously acquired DJI RS 3 Pro, DJI Care Refresh is automatically activated within 24 hours, and the service contract is sent via email.
