The Card DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan for DJI RS 3 EU is a premium service plan designed to protect your gimbal against accidental damage. Valid for 12 months from activation, this plan covers incidents such as collisions, drops, or water contact, ensuring that your DJI RS 3 remains in top condition throughout the year.
In case of damage, DJI Care Refresh provides up to two replacement units for a small additional fee. Each replacement device is either new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability. The plan also includes access to DJI's VIP support channels for priority service.
Activation is straightforward: enter your activation code and the RS 3’s serial number at DJI Care Activation
within 30 days of first use. Once activated, DJI Care Refresh is automatically assigned to the appropriate region, giving you complete coverage and peace of mind while filming.
