Canare TCD-31C Crimp Die Set

Canare TCD-31C replacement crimping dies for BCP-A31, FP-C31, and SPP-C31-CL connectors. They are designed to be used with Canare TC-1 crimping pliers.

The Canare TCD-31C crimping dies are a replacement part for the Canare TC-1 crimping pliers. They determine which connectors can be crimped with the pliers—for the TCD-31C, these are the BCP-A31 BNC connector, the FP-C31 F connector, and the SPP-C31-CL connector.

According to the manufacturer’s cross-reference table, Canare L-3C2W coaxial cable is used with these connectors; the manufacturer also lists these same jaws for BCP-A42 and RCAP-C42 connectors on Belden 1505F cable.

A crimped connection is faster than soldering and produces consistent results even without an experienced hand—there’s no need for solder or a power source on set. The crimping pliers have a square cavity for the center contact and a hexagonal one for the crimp sleeve.
